i don't want to. i hate crying. it makes me feel weak. but i do it. usually when i least expect it. sometimes i think im having a relatively good day and out of the blue something triggers the tears. something not even slightly sad, like an episode of rugrats. and the then the tears spread pain through my body like wildfire till it actually, physically hurts. i don't know what else to say. but wish i could stop crying.
